How do you return a product if it does not meet your expectations?

We accept exchanges or returns on most items within 30 days of purchase free of charge. We do not accept returns after this period. Please contact us via support@timelessjewelryvault.com if you require an exchange or return, along with the reason. *Please provide your PayPal account info for your refund. Please be patient as it can sometimes take several days.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
