FedEx, UPS and USPS are our partners for shipping products. Due to the much higher volume of additional shipments expected during this holiday season, there will be delays in delivery times.

We will continue to process and ship orders within a few business days and send updates as orders and shipments are received.

To other countries:

In the rare event that import duties or taxes are imposed, the customer is responsible for paying these duties or taxes. Orders from South America and the Russian Federation may be delayed due to shipping and customs issues, and shipping times may exceed one month.

How to track my order in time?

Once you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through sign in with your timelessjewelryvault.com account and click “My Order” to track the order status. The tracking information might be available in 1-2 business days.

What should I do if the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but not actually received?

Some things that might happen:
– They did not scan it correctly, it will be displayed the next day.
– If you live in an apartment, the carrier may accidentally leave it at a neighbor’s house or at the front desk. Check, please.

Who is responsible for the lost package and how?

If you do not receive your package 60 days after it was sent, please contact us at support@timelessjewelryvault.com. We will resend you a new one, or give you a full refund.
